Windows 10 - WiFi Too Slow? Reduce Conflicts with Nearby Networks

If you are having a problem with your wireless performance, there could be many reasons. If you are on an older system and 2.4GHz, it could be slow. Maybe your network drivers need updating.

But in today's crowded world, it may just be interference from other nearby networks. Here's how to check to see what networks are operating near you and see what WiFi channel they are using.

Once you know that, it's just a few steps to change your router's channel so you are operating on the channel with the least traffic.
