The latest Windows 10 Creator Update has moved the Apps section from the Systems section to it's own section.  In this video we're going to go over how to uninstall programs or reset them.
What's left of the Control Panel desktop version doesn't show all installed programs, just the Desktop ones.  The new Apps section controls all types.
