Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 lets you depart from a standard runway. However if you want to take off in a different direction from a different runway or even depart from a certain parking spot, FS2020 gives you the ability to depart from any airport's runway or from a particluar airport parking spot. With just a few clicks you can setup your departure, back your aircraft out of its spot and taxi to wherever the tower tells you to go.

If you are flying a large commerical aircraft, you can even use the drop down to see what size the parking spot is. Select 'large' and you should find yourself at the airport with all of the supporting equipment around you.
