Windows 10 - Turn off Background Apps to Save Battery Power

Is your battery not lasting as long as it should under Windows 10?  With many apps running in the background, you'll get updates in the tiles or in notifications, but all those apps can drain your battery.

Here's an easy way in Windows 10 to check the status of all the apps running in the background.  You can turn them on or off so that just the ones you want to running are enabled.
