Want to know how to tag photos (or any other file) in Windows 10? Many people expect that while you are in the Photo App, you can tag files. Well it depends on the type of tagging you want to do.

Today, you can tag people in photos when the photo is uploaded to a service like Facebook. But way before that tagging was available, you could use the Windows File Explorer to tag files.

Nothing has changed in Windows 10. You can still tag photos individually or as part of a group of files.
