Well, they've improved the Windows 10 Photo App again, this time changing the editing controls to an easier to use bar slider instead of the one with circular controls.

There is also a new Drawing features where you can write on your photos to highlight anything you want.

Take a look at the new Windows 10 Photo App improvements.  I think you will like them.
