With Windows 10 Creator's Update a new function has been added to the Photo App. Now, besides editing your photos to enhance their brightness or fix other issues, you can use drawing tools to add text or figures to your images.

Even if you don't have a touchscreen, you can use your mouse to access the drawing tools and surprise your friends and family!
