If you have a new install of Windows 10, you don't have any of your games saves from your old system.  So here's how to copy the saves from your previous system to your new Windows 10 system.

This particular video is about the Max Payne series.  Max Payne 1 and 2 are fairly straightforward but Max Payne 3 takes some special attention.
