The Windows 10 Start Menu has a lot of options to view the system programs.  You can right-click on the Windows Icon and see the list.  But, instead of searching for them, you can add most system programs as tiles on your Start Menu.  Here's how to find the System Tools, like Control Panel, Task Manger and Disk Cleanup.  Then, with a few drags and clicks, you can add them to your Start Menu and group them in a handy section, easy to select and launch.
