Update Your Windows 10 Drivers for Better Performance

System Manufacturers get the Release to Manufacturing (RTM) version of the Windows 10 well before the final release.  Then they install that version on their new PCs along with their latest drivers.

But if you updated a Windows 7 or Windows 8 system, the drivers included in the Windows Update may or may not be the latest drivers for your system or individual components.

Using the Lenovo web site as an example, here's how to find, download and install the latest drivers for your system running on Windows 10.  Of course, that depends if there are new drivers for your system.
