Later in the video, I demonstrate how you can run FS 2004 in multi monitor mode. In fact, you can have the simulation running in the right monitor while you still use Windows 8 Apps or Desktop Apps run in the left screen.

So, no fear. If you are still waiting to upgrade to Windows 8, don't delay. It runs just about everything and most run better.
