It seems like everyone is making a meme nowadays. Posting a meme on Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and other Social Media has become a national pastime. In fact, with the demand, specialty software has been developed that solely makes memes. You can even go to websites whose only function is  meme making.

Well you don't have to bother installing other software or sending your pictures to some web site. Microsoft has included editing software that can build you a meme in just a few minutes. And it's not the Photo App.
